Course Briefing
Schedules are a fundamental element of project management yet half of all projects — 50 percent — are not completed within the initially scheduled timeframe according to our 2015 Pulse of the Profession® report. A schedule or a Timetable, as a basic time-management tool, consists of a list of times at which possible tasks, events, or actions are intended to take place, or of a sequence of events in the chronological order in which such things are intended to take place.
Objectives
Main Objectives are to shade the light on these constructive directions;-
- Understating the basic Foundation & Relationship of Project Knowledge area in correlation & constructive Technique for developing Project schedule revolves around a proper approach from building the WBS –Work breakdown structure to its development.

By End of the Course ,attendee should have :
- Understand key processes of staffing project team.
- Describe the process of staffing project teams.
- Acquiring best practices knowledge for planning & developing appropriate Project Schedule through Schedule fundamentals & worldwide common Terminologies.
- Identify key in the production life cycle including elements & principles of project development including, project evaluation, budgeting, creation of a work plan monitoring the ongoing development and project closure.
